Hello! My name is Natalie, and I am a senior from Virginia (Washington D.C. area). I made the choice to come to Wisconsin for college about four years ago and I am so glad I did! Outside of school and work, I love being outside (playing tennis or doing yoga), seeing live music, reading, and doing a crossword every day.
One of my favorite memories around that time is sitting on the terrace with my family on a nice spring night when I decided I would commit to UW-Madison. Early on as a badger, my favorite memory is my very first fifth quarter after a football game, singing varsity with friends I had just met, when I understood how much fun I was going to have over the next four years!
If I had one piece of advice for an incoming student, it would be to get out of your dorm and spend every second you can around campus, joining clubs, building relationships, and exploring new interests.
