Graduate Admissions

If you are looking for information on a graduate program or graduate admissions, please contact the Graduate School at grad.wisc.edu.

Requesting Information

Students who are interested in receiving more information about the University of Wisconsin–Madison and the admissions process should complete our Request for Information Form. You’ll receive customized information based on your unique interests.

High school and college counselors and advisors can sign up  to join our mailing list to receive up to date information and news.

Advisors at community-based organizations focused on college readiness and serving 9-12 graders can submit a request to join our mailing list.

Counselors and advisors of high school and two-year college students may request a pennant and materials for their students through our online portal.  Requests via the portal from students, families, and/or K-8 faculty and staff will not be honored.

We are unable to fulfill requests submitted via paper mail and those requesting promotional materials and giveaways.

The Annual Security and Fire Safety Report contains current campus safety and disciplinary policies, crime statistics for the previous three calendar years, and on-campus student housing fire safety policies and fire statistics for the previous three calendar years.
