Nancy Hoffman

Originally from the Madison area, Nancy is a two-time Wisconsin Badger with a Bachelor of Science in Sociology and Behavioral Science and Law, and a Certificate in Criminal Justice. She has a Master of Science in Educational Administration with a Higher Education emphasis. Her career in higher education started as an undergraduate student when she worked as a student hourly in the Dean of Students Office.

Nancy has worked at UW-Madison for 24 years and joined the Office of Admissions and Recruitment in May 2020. She leads the newly formed Administration and Engagement Team. This team facilitates business functions that span the office, including: human resources, budget, onboarding, policies and procedures, professional development, data reporting, special projects, and strategic planning. The team also facilitates campus and community partnerships.

In her spare time, Nancy likes to go hiking with her family and her dogs. She also enjoys reading, watching Netflix, visiting waterfalls, going to thrift stores, and traveling. In true Wisconsin fashion, she especially enjoys eating cheese.
