Originally from Appleton, WI, Laura obtained her Bachelor of Arts from UW – Madison in 2021.  She completed a double major in International Studies and Italian, plus certificates in European Studies and German.  Her primary territories are China and India, though she also works with incoming students from around the world.

In her spare time, you can find Laura kayaking on Lake Mendota, visiting local thrift stores, experimenting in the kitchen, playing guitar, or cuddling with her cat.
